I have had a miserable experience working with this service department. I brought my 2018 Rogue in for CVT replacement with 4 codes. And after the transmission replacement, I got my car back and it dro service department. I brought my 2018 Rogue in for CVT replacement with 4 codes. And after the transmission replacement, I got my car back and it drove even worse. I got my car on 08DEC23 and literally when I pulled down the street I called the service advisor, and he said I have to drive the car for a few days so it can "relearn" my driving pattern. On Sunday I left a message and did not get a call on Monday like I was told I would. The car just basically "Transmission Brakes" continuously. I took it back to them 19DEC23 and I still have the 4 codes. I asked the advisor if he could look at the report when I brought it in and he said he could not because it is not accessible. I asked isn't it on the computer? He stated it was not it was in a box and he would need time to have someone retrieve it. There is NO WAY a company this has that sort of process!. I am almost certain they are going to make the $2900 mean absolutely nothing!!! Just terrible More
My Armada has had issues since day one. The service department is not helpful. It's the same scenario every time. I have a list of issues, they take hours to look at it and 9/10 issues are The service department is not helpful. It's the same scenario every time. I have a list of issues, they take hours to look at it and 9/10 issues are dismissed. If this is "normal" for the Nissans I strongly recommend you buy a different vehicle. More

Beware of their Service Department! ! If I could rate a negative number I would. They had my Frontier in for a plugged up catalytic converter, which cost me $4,400 to replace. Shortly a ! Scratched cylinder, need to replace the engine! Even the general manager didn't care to help me out. Wanted to sell me a cheap car. There are plenty of other places to go. Please be cautious. More
