customer service Today I went to this dealer, 17 mikes, as my 2014 Murano had the tire indicator light on. Did this as the tires have Nitrogen in them. When a service person came out I explained the issue. He said I can just add regular air to them. That I can go to any Discount Tire place. Ok. He didn't even offer to have the tires checked & filled. WOW guess the customer service isn't there. More

My husband and I had to keep calling and trying to get an appointment set up. I don't know why they are stalling, seems like they are not interested in client's needs. It is 2 months now that I'm still making payments on the car and the issue is still not resolved. Im told I need to wait another week for an answer. Unsatisfied and disappointed in their lack of communication and professionalism. More

So that is he new threat tactic of I don't give you good reviews you won't service my car wow . Also bill peters joined in and told me same thing . Contacted Nissan North America and they are very interested in this situation and will be looking into it . Also called Gary Harper 3 on my side also very Intersted in this . Why send a customer survey card then if I can't be honest for that Noel why don't you keep it and fill It out yourself !!!!! I would run as far away as you can from this dealership and its service dept . They tell you things need to be fixed and replaced and they don't . Also reported Them to the BBB. Asked to talk to he general manager Matt cerreta and was told he was in a meeting which was a lie !!! Hope this helps anyone from getting bullied into filling out the customer suveys with all great reviews or you will be blackballed from this dealer . Highly recommend autonation Nissan excellent and honest and they we're appalled at how pinnacle Nissan practices . I guess there reviews are so brad they have to use these tactics to get good ones good luck with that !!!! More

I could see no point in confronting service department about this, due to their attitude towards me when I pulled in. "Oh you with the low miles" as a snide remark. I doubt whether they even bothered to change the oil, when confronted from previous visit 3 months ago "special $36" 2 oil changes. I don't see a need to explain myself for low mileage (under 2,000 miles in 3 years. As a senior military veteran with health issues, I need this car basic Nissan Versa with automatic transmission, so I can still drive myself to the local Phoenix VA Medical Center for medical treatment. Nissan America called me and left message to call them after I notified them via e-mail, with voice message on my land line phone. (I don't have a cell phone, due to the high monthly costs - being retired and living off SS every penny counts). Anyway each time I tried to call them at the specified times I was told they would be in the office, the call always went to voice mail. Also when they called they left a message with case number and return phone call number said so rapidly that I had to replay the phone message several times to write down the info. I really don't see any reason to continue to try and reach them. When I tried to call back the dealer rep with phone number given, it was ALWAYS BUSY. This most recent bad experience and the other one when I was told I needed engine service done, I had the sense to put it off and took the vehicle to an independent garage which charged 1/2 the price the dealer was charging. After reading the NEGATIVE reviews on Pinnacle Nissan, the glowing reviews I found on the WWW by a former sales manger were written by employees and relatives thereof, thus so many 5 out 5 “perfect” ratings. I tried again to reach the Nissan America representative Megan Esposito, and after leaving a voice mail [I called her at specified time she would be in] she called me, but when I answered she hung up.
