Simple easy process. Worked with Bernie. Basically did everything over the phone, went in and signed paperwork with Joe. Both sales and finance were great to deal with. Awesome experience We saw the ad for our 2017 Nissan Sentra on the internet. I made a Call to Bernie at Pinnacle to see if the car was still available. It was late in t We saw the ad for our 2017 Nissan Sentra on the internet. I made a Call to Bernie at Pinnacle to see if the car was still available. It was late in the day but Bernie assured me they would hold the car until the next afternoon as we live two hours away. We drove down and there sat the car in the showroom all shined up. We took it for a test drive and drove it home less than two hours later. We could not be more pleased! The car was exactly as advertised and the price could not be better. We are very satisfied. We anticipate needing another car in a few months and Pinnacle will be the first place we look! More

He & I were greeted by Bernie Hawkins but not pressured. They all were polite and available for questions but didn't hound, hover or pressure me. I was allowed to test drive many times and if a question wasn't known about the car they checked into it and got right back to me. Phone/ email communication was on point and extremely helpful to make my decision to purchase a 2012 Nissan Rogue that was in fantastic used condition. They worked with me to make it affordable & Joe and Bernie were very nice individuals to work with. I’d buy again there in a heartbeat. And I waited two months to write this review because sometime issues take a bit to present themselves. I was treated amazingly well and wanted to let anyone looking at Internet reviews about PINNACLE to know YOU WON'T BE WASTING YOUR TIME TALKING TO THESE FOLKS. Even if they don’t have what you want on their lot, it would be worth it for them to keep their eyes out for you because the rest of the process was amazingly comfortable and I believe they truly do look out for their customers' best interest and making a good match with a safe affordable vehicle.
