Doug Fischer was the salesman working with me on a trade-in for my car. I left several messages with him and finance manager, but nobody returned my calls. I did see about 10 inquiries on my credit reports, so the only experience was that they caused my credit rating to drop even further and never bothered to communicate with me. I will not go back to this dealer, even when my credit scores increase. I purchased a brand new Honda in Saint Louis, and it only took 15 minutes. More

I brought it in a few months ago and they found one of the brake pads was deformed and oddly worn but charged me over $300.00. I have been buying vehicles from them for 20 years but they have new management that is the typical younger guy that does not look at the big picture, such as losing a good customer over a measly $300.00 and not selling him or his family another high priced vehicle ever again.
