Pine Belt Subaru - Service Center

I had my technology lesson yesterday with Nico, who explained the many features on my new Legacy and how to use them to get the most out of what my car provides. I admit I was a little nervous about i explained the many features on my new Legacy and how to use them to get the most out of what my car provides. I admit I was a little nervous about it, as I had been a little overwhelmed trying to figure it out using the manuals, but it was a much easier and more enjoyable experience than I was anticipating. Nico is a very personable, kind and patient young man - a credit to the dealership - and he assured me that I could call him with questions and get a follow-up session if I needed it when I come in to pick up my plates in a few weeks. The 25 dollar gas card I received was the icing on the cake. I was very satisfied with this service. More

I came in for an appointment with the service Dept. While browsing in the showroom I met Mike. I asked a few questions about leasing a vehicle, I’ve always purchased and he was awesome. Trying to find out if service has an overnight Drop box and messenger will only sell you a car - gave me a number that's VM only. I am so impressed!!!! My 2018 Subaru Outback has had a mysterious battery problem that another dealer could not diagnose. After a couple of days, the battery would die. Tire Install I bought my tires from Bob and Mike in the parts dept, set up the install, then there was an appointment opening problem, Bob spoke with Bill in the s I bought my tires from Bob and Mike in the parts dept, set up the install, then there was an appointment opening problem, Bob spoke with Bill in the service dept, and explained my problem and they fit us in, things didn't get finished the first day, but it did get done the following day. With all the inconvenience of time, both Bob and Bill worked with me and discounted my overall cost. All three of the men were a pleasure to do business with. More
