The Service Manager, Peter, took care of the issues in a manner that showed us that they were really interested in trying their best to keep us as very satisfied customers. Peter (the service manager) is always accommodating and polite, as well as knowledgeable about my car. He is always available and helpful regarding any issues that arise with my vehicle. My mechanic, (Eric Heck) is the best mechanic at Pinebelt Subaru. He is always able to diagnose and fix any problem that arises with my car. Peter always keeps me abreast of any information he receives regarding my Subaru. Rudy (in Parts) is an asset to Pinebelt Subaru; he is always helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend any of the employees in the Pinebelt Subaru Service Department. More
