Pine Belt Nissan has delivered my vehicle in damaged condition on Saturday evening, found out about rear bumper scratch damage on next business day, and then I’ve called Customer Service on Monday to ge condition on Saturday evening, found out about rear bumper scratch damage on next business day, and then I’ve called Customer Service on Monday to get the appointment to show them the damage. Since it was snowing a lot, Customer Service told me to come down @ the dealership after two weeks. I did show my damage car to salesperson with his Manager, withought knowing the facts they told me that; paperwork shows that car was delivered in good condition, even though it was NOT. Manger was very rude and told me that he think it’s my problem and I‘ve to pay 50 % of the cost, which cost me $ 355. I would not recommend this dear ship to my Friends and Family in the future. They sold me a Lemon car and I’m reporting to Better Business Bureau of NJ.and reporting to NJ Division of Consumer Affairs ... Division of Law. More
I had a very positive experience at Pine Belt Nissan. I was welcomed right away and taken care of very efficiently. This was our second purchase from Toms River Nissan. I have to say Peter Kelly (sales) was a plessure to do business with. Bought car from this dealer a few years ago. Entire package left off the car (heated seats, mirrors, etc) first sales pushed me from person to person, condescending. Acting like I couldn't fiure out how to turn on the heat since I was a female. Finally admitted pkg not on car; Made 3 appts to put pkg on car but when I brought car in parts not there each time. Refused to provide rental car. Finally called corporate and they sent me to another dealer to have car fixed. Heated seats done but never received rest of package. As a woman, I would NEVER use this daler again! More

I had to put $3,000 more down now Iam stuck againwith payments that area lmost the sameasthe Cube with a$3.00 higher insurance bill when in fact Nisan told meI would be paying alot less. Bottom lineis Ithink Iwas scammed Iam a widow in my70's andI need at least half or more of that $3,000 to make ago of this $259.00 payment and the insurance onthe car and credit cards of $5,500 this is mysecond E-mail. DO NOT SHOP AT PINE BELT NISSAN OF TOMS RIVER. The entire Sales team will treat you as if you do not have a brain. I just recently had a terrible experience at this dealer. They tried to pull a "Bait and Switch", I negotiated the price of a high end vehicle fully loaded. They were going to locate the vehicle, when I arrived for pickup they tried to give me a vehicle with less equipment at the same price and proceeded to tell me this was the deal that was negotiated and the vehicle that I wanted would cost more. I had to demand my money back and it was like pulling teeth to get the money. It is really disappointing when you are excited for your brand new car and it turns out someone is trying to swindle you. Also I like most people in this world work to hard for my money for someone to try to cheat you when they are already making money off of your purchase. If a car dealership does not even have a clean chair for you to sit in when you are spending your well earned money you should walk away at the start, I reiterate DO NOT SHOP AT PINE BELT NISSAN OF TOMS RIVER.
