The worse service department/process ever! ! Made two separate appointments for a recall. Was told I had the first appoint of the day, 7:45. Brought my car for the first appointment and was tol ! Brought my car for the first appointment and was told that there were 10 cars in front of me with appointments and it would be quite a while before they would get to my car. Left the dealership. Received a call from there service department asking why I didn't make my appointment. I told the girl the issue. She was surprised at what happen and I scheduled another "supposed" first appointment of the day at 7:45, which was several weeks later. Went in for the 2nd try, once again 5 or so cars in front of me that have appointments. It seems like regardless of your appointment, they put your car in a line with all other cars regardless of appointment and/or time of appointment. I was early for my 7:45 appointment. I Left the dealership again and booked an appointment with another Nissan dealer that values customer time and honors their appointments. Won't be going back for service and to buy another care from Pine Belt. More
The salesperson, Chris Cirillo , was personable, knowledgeable, and professional in all aspects —no pressure, no gimmicks, no false presentation. He spent a lengthy amount of time with us and he cov knowledgeable, and professional in all aspects —no pressure, no gimmicks, no false presentation. He spent a lengthy amount of time with us and he covered all the bases from pricing, discounts, warranties ,options and possibilities of various models, understanding our price range. He afforded us the chance to test drive cars of our choice. He displayed patience with answering all our questions. He covered it all. It was a great feeling to leave a car showroom knowing we had the best car , that we could afford, and that we had the very best service. A note regarding the gentleman in the financing department, Joe Cirillo—- although he came into the conversation towards the close, he ,too, was though and professional and personable. Once again , thank you Chris for all . To whoever is planning on visiting Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River , ask for Chris Cirillo. You will not be sorry. I had the best experience at Toms River Pine Belt Nissan 3 weeks ago. I leased a 2023 Rogue SL and George Correa was the best salesman. First thing he did was ask me for “my wish list” and what was importan 3 weeks ago. I leased a 2023 Rogue SL and George Correa was the best salesman. First thing he did was ask me for “my wish list” and what was important to me. He assisted me with leasing my new Rogue. He put me in a beautiful vehicle that I love driving. He spent a long time with me a made me feel like I was the only person in the dealership at the time. He explained in detail the difference in my new Rogue as opposed the the Rogue sport I was driving. He explained all those “bells and whistles” and answered all of my many questions. This is the 4th car, the third Rogue I got from Pine Belt and by sure George is the best salesman. If he’s busy with someone, it’s worth the wait! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable! To end, their service department is better than any dealership around. Been bringing cars there since 2001…..they are attentive and thoughtful. Only place I will shop and service! More
DO NOT GO HERE! I went in and paid for a tire rotation and they did not rotate them. I marked my tires in advance so I knew it was not done. I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a car from here. They were supposed to have my car serviced the next business day but they failed to do so. It was listed as a certified I purchased a car from here. They were supposed to have my car serviced the next business day but they failed to do so. It was listed as a certified pre own vehicle but after I paid and sign all the papers they told me the vehicle wasn't certified yet. Then when I said I wanted to just take my car home they would not give me the keys. They said even though it's my car that I can't take it. This is the second time this place has screwed me over and I will never be back here again and I will go out of my way to advise people not to shop for cars from this horrible place. I lost my job because they wouldn't let me have my car to go to work and they told me that it's not on them that I lost my job. More
I bought a car from Nissan 6 months ago. I got a flat tire this week and I realized there was no spare. In my SUV the spare tire would be mounted under the car so never knew it wasn't there I got a flat tire this week and I realized there was no spare. In my SUV the spare tire would be mounted under the car so never knew it wasn't there. When I called Nissan they said it was there when they sold me the car. I explained that there is not one there and in order for it to be stolen they would have to jack up my car. I spoke to several people including the manager and they would do nothing to help me, They were disrespectful and didn't even consider looking into the matter for me. I do not recommend this dealer to any one. The only thing they seam to care about is the sale not their customers. More
5/3/23 at dealer to get a car , trading in my Pirche a aporoval for financing was given a hand shake then I turned over my keys and title we were then told to recant a car because the car we purchased was aporoval for financing was given a hand shake then I turned over my keys and title we were then told to recant a car because the car we purchased was not ready so as lajd for a rental , and just befoure we were ready to leave the credit manager said tge bank is asking for more information tgey need references and proof of employment , well this is fine if you told me in advance befoure tge deal was done I am not complains about that but the fact the we were approved and done and the last minute they say that I was so angry because it was a old time bad business like keep asking me to put Down money t thru out, we lef with such frustration and aggravation More
