After i said ill take the car Rich Willis the sales manager come by to thank and congratulate me on my purchase and spoke to me and made sure my visit there was going well and asked if i had any question or concerns. Not only did we hammer out all of the details over the phone, but Rocco was able to provide a competitive price match via his management without trying to play any games at all or make things more difficult than they should have been. Upon arriving to consumate the deal and pick up the car it was a painless experience because everything was exactly as we negotiated and alot of the premilinary credit application information was already complete from working over the phone earlier in the day.
