This is my second leased vehicle from Pine Belt Nissan of Keyport. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the completion of my deal, the following employees, Rich Hendrickson, Fred Hanzman and the Keyport. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the completion of my deal, the following employees, Rich Hendrickson, Fred Hanzman and the finance gentlemen, Mark Sorrentino were great. They answered all my questions, gave me the best deal and explained everything as we proceeded with the sale. When I was finished with my paperwork, Fred came out to my new vehicle with me and my husband and showed us how to work everything in the car. He also set up my bluetooth and showed me how to use the Navigation system. I will definitely recommend, Fred, Rich and Mark to all my friends who may be looking for a car. More

I have given this rating because I had a excellent experience at this dealership. I went to the dealership and requested a quote and got one instantly. I was not pressured into adding anything on to experience at this dealership. I went to the dealership and requested a quote and got one instantly. I was not pressured into adding anything on to the vehicle that I had not originally requested. I appreciated this. It showed me that the sale was being done how I wanted it. Rob was a great salesman, he answered all my questions and took the time to show my all the aspects of my new vehicle. He made me feel comfortable when asking the questions, I never once felt like he was trying to add pressure on me to make the deal. I respect that because when salesmen are to pushy, it becomes an annoyance. Rob got me a wonderful price and all the features that I wanted in my new car. The quality of the work ethic at the dealership and from Rob was also wonderful. Rob was very helpful and I greatly appreciated him taking the time to make my experience at Pine Belt Nissan a great one. I would recommend Rob and Pine Belt Nissan to anyone looking for car! More

Rob Carlson sold me a new Altima, and made it a very easy-going and relaxing experience. Big purchases like this are often stressful but they made this experience quite the opposite. You need to do your research on manufacturer list prices, and compare other brands against the model you're interested in before you purchase your vehicle, and I guarantee you'll be happy with the pricing offered by Pine Belt. I recently financed a car that I had been leasing. Anthony took all of my information over the phone. We made an appointment to do the required paperwork. On top of that he was able to save me about $100 over what I had been paying on my lease. More
