It's kind of hard rating any business off of one visit. I believe that you find out the real work ethic for any business when you have a problem that they may have to resolve. However, with that said, for a single woman I found my experience with Pinebelt Chrysler Jeep not as intimidating as I had imaged. Mike Kevoian was very supportive; he tried to make sure all my concerns were handled as quickly as possible plus he offered his services anytime. I also liked the friendly/family atmosphere offered by this dealership. I cannot fail to mention that the internet coordinator (the first person I had contact with), Allyson was a wonderful representation for this dealership. If she had not been so overly helpful, I doubt I would have taken a 1 1/2 drive to buy a car. More
