I said I would never deal with Pine Belt again. I was in the market recently for a Grand Cherokee and stopped when passing by I noticed an interesting Cherokee on the lot.I stopped for a look with no intention to deal due to the past experience. While there I met Frank Hervey who came out during a cool light rain and in a very friendly manner explained the cars features. No pressure to make a deal just a mention of when your ready give us a chance .I shopped a few other dealers and happened to stop by again to check out how the tow hitch was installed. Frank was not there as he had gone home with a cold(i hope not from the rainy visit). Jose Guzman asked if he could assist and we explained we already had spoken with Frank who went over the vehicle thoroughly with us. I was impressed how Jose stayed with us and answered questions .We had a friendly discussion about cars and Jose got my number to pass on to Frank. My purchase was a tossup between 2 dealers with similar vehicles and I would have to say that Frank was instrumental in our decision to purchase. He is knowledgeable, friendly ,patient and helpfull. Dave was so cool, I really didn't feel like I was at a dealership buying a car. He introduced me to my salesman Teddy and for the first time in 26 years I really liked my salesman. They found the vehicle I was looking for and kept the price under what I said I could afford. The financing was a breeze and really did keep the price under what I said I could afford. I didn't tell them or ask, but the color of the vehicle was one of only three colors I like on a suv. I would degenitely go see these guys again.
