Todd was incredibly helpful, he took the time to understand what I needed, listened to my concerns, and helped me find the option that made the most sense for me. Todd was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable with my decision. He made the entire process super clear and simple. He even went above and beyond by personally delivering my new Equinox to me, which I really appreciated. That level of customer service showed me that Todd truly cared about my experience, even after the paperwork was done. I also want to thank Pete his manager for being extremely helpful, professional, and working with me to make everything come together.
