Read before you consider going there! They gave me a quote over $4,000 more than 3 other dealers, and this was just after 5 mins with the other dealers, instead of 3 hours. They lied to me telling me I could get the car without a cosigner (this is the first car I finance) After meking me drive 82 miles because finally they got my car and again spending 3 hours there, they told me they made a mistake the first time and I did needed a cosigner after all! Two days later my husband (cosigner) and I drove all the way there again after work under a horrific weather (but finally I was getting my car, so I was excited!!!) We got there and the finanacial office had another customer so in the meantime they took me to "my car" to set up on-star and connect my phone to the car. When finally they called us to the office they had put the entire car under my husband's (cosigner's) name instead of mine! This is after I had told them that the main reason I was getting this car is because I wanted to build up my credit, since my husband is the one that always buys the cars...I guess they never listened to me just to the word "deal, I'll buy the car" Horrific experience!!!! I'm afraid to go to other dealers now! More
What a hassle free experience. I had my car in for warranty service and had no problems with them fixing my SRX. John and Jason listened to all my concerns and took impeccable care of me and my car. I have a Cadillac dealer 2 miles from my home and I would take it to this dealer, which is 20 miles away for all future concerns, if any. Thank you John and Jason! More

Mr Weddle went above and beyond when I brought my car in for service. He was able to get my parts in in a timely manner and even was able to make sure everything was covered under my warrantee. So far the best dealership i have dealt with in my 30 plus years of driving. Already have bought 3 cars within the last 10 months from the dealership. Worst experience ever! They let me take a car when the loan wasn't approved and then to coerce me into a less expensive car. They told me my down payment was non refundable and the only way I could put my loan wasn't approved and then to coerce me into a less expensive car. They told me my down payment was non refundable and the only way I could put my money to work was to get another car. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone EVER. I have anxiety attacks any time I go to a car dealer now. Bad Business Ethics and I'm pretty sure the same car they tried to sell me is now at the Chevy lot...4 months later. Buyer beware More
I purchased a vehicle. I took 1 month for my plates to arrive and when they did no one contacted me to let me know. Even after they arrived I was leaving messages asking about them and no one would ever arrive and when they did no one contacted me to let me know. Even after they arrived I was leaving messages asking about them and no one would ever return my call. When I first puchased the car the interior light and the shifter light did not work. Tarek(my salesman) informed me to bring it to the service center and it would be repaired at no charge. I dropped off the vehicle, then received a call from the service center saying that they were denying the repair. More
