An amazingly easy experience It was such a pleasure dealing with Pine Belt Cadillac and Giovanni, this is the fourth car I have bought in two years and by far the best experience It was such a pleasure dealing with Pine Belt Cadillac and Giovanni, this is the fourth car I have bought in two years and by far the best experience with any dealership. Giovanni made this hassle free, he was clear and concise on our agreement and made sure that we were happy with our decision. Sales manager Marc came over and sat with us a while to get to know us, not for one moment did I feel pressured into the sale. We are so over joyed with our new Cadillac, coming from a lower end car, the luxury is just so amazing. More

AMAZING EXPERIENCE I was trading in my 2008 Nissan Sentra and was in the market for a New or Gently used Cadillac. My sales consultant Giovanni Scardina was more then am I was trading in my 2008 Nissan Sentra and was in the market for a New or Gently used Cadillac. My sales consultant Giovanni Scardina was more then amazing! He was so patient and understanding and helped me pick out the perfect vehicle. I purchased a 2015 Cadillac ATS that day! great service very long process I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received. My salesman was very polite and honest. There were a couple things that needed to be addressed with the car that will be taken care of.I would've given them a 5 however I was literally there for 7 hours on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.
