We purchased our vehicle in April 2022. We had a great experience with the salesman, but that is where it ended! After that it was a train wreck. We left the lot after the dealership closed with our vehicle. We had not even made it out of Mattoon and the vehicle started throwing a bunch of codes and then the low oil light came on. We immediately pulled over contacted the salesman, who informed us that was due to a sensor that we knew was on order and would be in to switch out in a couple weeks, but we would be ok to continue driving it. The next day there was an oil spot in our drive. Again, I was called and told that they would come get it and get it looked at, but I was ok to continue driving it. They drove the hour to my work to get the vehicle and then drove it the hour to the shop. We were first told that there was a message that popped up that said engine would shut off due to oil pressure in 30 miles (they were supposedly 10 miles from shop) then we were later told it was towed back to the shop. Then they said they would be putting factory rebuilt engine in. However, they only produced a service invoice for us, no papers on mileage on the "new" rebuilt engine work that we asked for. We did find out that the oil had been leaking because an o-ring was missed by the mechanic who changed the oil before us purchasing the vehicle when it ran thru inspection. 3 weeks later we receive our vehicle back. They told us when we got it back that it was good to go. We ASSumed that meant the sensor that was supposed to be in and replace 2 weeks after we bought it, had been replaced. A couple weeks after having it back, we were called by service department wanting to schedule appt to get that sensor replaced. The person who called me, did not even know that the vehicle had come back and had a "new" rebuilt engine put in it. They came and got the vehicle to replace sensor. I was told it would only take 1.5 hrs to do. they picked it up at 8:30 AM, I finally called about 3:00 to see what was going on with my vehicle and there was confusion as to where it was. Finally, I received call 15 mins later telling me they were on their way with it. Overall, we feel like they did not do a good job with their service and communication. We were told they put seat protectant and paint protectant on. However there were stains and still spots on seats, that I was able to clean off. So, not sure why they would apply protectant when there was spots before that when we purchased. Unfortunately for the wonderful salesman, we would NEVER recommend anyone to deal with them. Since our experience with them, we have heard from MANY people that they were not satisfied either. More

I feel I got a good deal on the vehicle I purchased and they gave me fair price for my trade in, however there was a problem getting my jeep connect set. The reason I only gave 4 stars was, when I went back I spent over an hour while they fixed their mistake and was then told I should be good in a day or two. No oops let us make this up to for the time you wasted. Also I have not even gotten a follow-up call seeing if everything was working correctly. So if I didn't like the vehicle so much I probably would have done 3 stars. More
This is the second truck we have gotten from them. They are easy to work. Very helpful going through all the options and getting our new truck ordered and delivered to us.
