Most difficult process ever to get a car. I came with a check ready loana do they claimed they don't take them from pnc. Nice people, no pressure, very happy with our Truck My wife and I moved to Cinci from Scotland, and hadn't visited a car dealer in the US before - I (wrongly) assumed it would be a painful process. I ha My wife and I moved to Cinci from Scotland, and hadn't visited a car dealer in the US before - I (wrongly) assumed it would be a painful process. I had been to one dealer and had the 'hard sell', Piles GM was a much nicer experience. We dealt with Betty mainly, but all the people we spoke to were nice and knowledgeable. We had seen a couple of good trucks on their website, settled on a 2018 RAM 1500. We test drove it, asked for a couple of things to be looked at/questions answered. All ok, I then went back with my wife so she could drive it, check it over and we agreed a sale in principle, put down a holding deposit. They got the outstanding items finished in 2 days and the truck was ready to pick up/sign off on. Met Betty yesterday (saturday), went for another test drive, quick check over, few more questions and then went through their finance to finalise the sale. They had a lot of patience for questions, they were not at all pushy, the finance deal was good, all-in-all a very pleasant experience.
