Jamie walked us through the car and then allowed us an extended test drive (on our own!) so we could check the car on the highway and on neighborhood streets as well. Meanwhile, they were evaluating our trade-in so that when we returned and said we were interested, he gave us a breakdown of the deal. It was a very good initial offer, but we had a number in our heads and counter offered. Jamie consulted briefly with Wes (I believe), and returned with even a better offer than we hoped for. Finalizing the paperwork with Wes was quick and easy, and we were out the door in our "new" 2012 Nissan Altima Coupe in less than two hours! More

Little did we think I would be driving off the lot with a new (used) car the same day. I have no credit... It's sad yes I know. A 23 year old with nothing on her record, but we decided to give it a shot after we had looked at 5 other dealerships and realized everyone else was out to scam us. Pat's friendly greeting and relaxed energy is what made us come back. We felt comfortable talking to him. There was no pushing. Negotiating the price took maybe 30 seconds. IF THAT. Wes had all of the paperwork ready for me. He was also very easy to talk to and made everything easy to understand. 10 minutes later and the keys were mine.
