GREAT Just got here from Japan. I looked at a car online. But it was sold earlier that day. Jerrod told me look around the lot at my leisure and I ended buy Just got here from Japan. He called the rental car company so that I could return the car at another location and he assisted me with the return. We also discovered that there was a recent recall for my car and he gave me the information on what to do at the dealership to have it repaired. The entire staff suggested places to eat and see. This is how you run a business, and how customer service is done. More
