Worst experience ever To begin with the sales person blew up my phone trying to get me to shop there so much so i thought they were a bot. After agreeing to a meeting i drove 2 hours to get to, bringing with me all of the necessary documents for applying for a loan and a co signer i was given the choice of 1 car and after signing all appropriate documents and putting a down payment i was the proud new owner of a car. Or so i thought. After leaving with said new car and being told my old car would be driven closer to my homesothat i didn't have to make another 2hr drive to retrieve it a day was settled in to meet to pickup the car. The day came and went with no word from anyone i had to track them down only to be told i would have to return to retrieveit which i did that very day. Next my co signer and myself were called and threatened with"repossession" regarding proof of retirement benefits from the co signer she was texted no less than 50 times in one day. That was finally straightened out only to be told that the payment for the car was being decreased and the co signer only needed to sign new loan documents. What we weren't told was that i the original borrower the person needing and paying for the new car was taken off of the loan and my co signer was the only person on the loan. Then when the bank called my co signer for yet even more information we were told that the loan was denied on the basis that she could not take out a loan for a car that. She would not be driving. So not only was i lied to and told i already had a loan for the new car they gave me but my co signer and i were lied to and told that the monthly payment would be reduced by $50 per month only to have them call me and inform me that not only was i removed from the original loan but there was no loan at all and that i needed to again drive 2hrs to their dealership so they could find me another lender to go through. Why couldnt they do that without me they already had all my info. So i hadn't the chance to return for the 2hr trip because i work for a living so instead they again harrass my co signer who i may add is recovering from a serious medical procedure to the point she becomes so agitated she needs to be medicated. So to make a bad situation worse what do they do before the first monthly payment on this new vehicle is even due, they "repossess" it at my place of employment. So now i have no way home No car and I'm out the down payment i made all because of THEIR mistakes and their lies. Thank you Pierre for making this the single worst consumer experience ever!!!!! More

Never heard anything or received any pics of the truck. Carhop is a lot better for people with bad credit! More

WAIST OF TIME Finally found a car we wanted. Got pre approved and drove away with vehicle. After that 4 trips back. Needing more down payment and hours spent they Finally found a car we wanted. Little did I know this would turn into the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. My salesman Jeff Pipkin seemed very unexperienced and it was very hard to get a straightforward answer from him and Hammer was just there to tell you what he thought you wanted to hear. They came out saying they could put me in a car for a 400 something dollar a month payment then came back out after making me wait for god knows how long saying there is absolutely nothing they could do for me. Not only did they lie straight to my face but ruined my credit in the process doing several inquiries dropping my score significantly. When I asked Jeff "so you more or less just ruined my credit for no reason" he responded with a nod. What a tool. Never again will I ever have any kind of contact with this company. Stay away unless you want your credit destroyed. More

credit detroyers I went into Pierre Money Mart after talking with Jeff in finance and being pre-approved for 25,000$. I went into Pierre Money Mart 12/31/16 in attempt to work with Jeff. First this morning Jeff misled me about being at home with his sick kid and wife in Spokane. When I should upto Pierre Money Mart I was told Jeff was in deed working. I sat around for over 2 hours just to find out that I didn't make enough and I need a co-applicant. During my 2+ hour wait Pierre Money mart pulled enough hard credit inquires, that I lost 16 points off my credit score. Thanks to Pierre Money Mart and their do-diligence now I'm not even able to qualify for a new car and before my visit I was. I won't recommend this company to anyone I know. I wouldn't even recommend Pierre Money Mart to Osama Bin Laden. More

HORRIBLE They told me I was approved and that they'd have the vehicle I was interested in. Gave them my income info. and everything they wanted. They turned my horrible day into the Best! I went to a Kia dealership who put me in the exact car I wanted told me everything I wanted to hear and let me leave the lot in a car that I thought w I went to a Kia dealership who put me in the exact car I wanted told me everything I wanted to hear and let me leave the lot in a car that I thought was perfect one problem they didn't secure my financing and I had to bring the car back! 😲 I drove up and saw Jeff H at Pierre Money and he not only took the time to secure our finances first but he told us what we needed to do to make our credit better. We were sold a awesome little Mitsubishi mirage g4 brand new! It was a huge relief and I am so great full to all of them. More
