Alignment Explorer in for alignment. Could not align as they found right front tire had steel tread showing. I found a tire the next day and they were able to Explorer in for alignment. Great sales person....Gil Fret! My sales associate, Gil Fret was great. If it hadn’t have of been for him I Would have gone down the street. Having to extend my lease on the 2015 MKZ was above and beyond a terrible experience. Three months of waiting for the 2018 to arrive was expecting a lot of a Lincoln lover...but I waited!...thanks to Gil. He made it worth the wait! More
David is awesome We worked with David to get our new escape. He was awesome! He got us a great deal, hooked the kids up with some candy and was super patient with us. He told my husband that we had to get the GAP coverage, which I know mow to be illegal. This especially pissed me off since we ripped David we didn’t want it and when I went back to talk to heath after he finished up with my husband to explain we told David we didn’t want Gap coverage he was super abrasive and told me it wasn’t up to David, even though I had communicated we didn’t want it. I feel like David did everything possible to get us the best deal for our family and heath did everything to get the best deal for him. By the time my husband was done our payments had gone from $370 to $424 and my husband didn’t understand why they had gone up that much which leads me to believe that heath didn’t really explain to my husband that all the papers he was signing was going to cost more. What really pissed me off over all of that was heath’s attitude when I explained that we weren’t really prepared to pay that much. Instead of sitting down and trying to figure something else out he basically said sorry, not my problem. I’ll never go to this dealership again, but I’ll definitely work with David again. I give David 5 stars across the board however. More

Excellent Customer Service. My only car had a dead battery. I was able to get in, have the battery replaced and be out the door within 45 minutes.
