Since my only vehicle (the van) was not reliable for a trip off Whidbey Island, the salesman picked me up in Mukilteo and the trip back to the dealership was my test drive. My new vehicle was new to the salesman and he wasn't able to answer some questions, but willingly found the answers back at the dealership. (I recommend sale people have test drives themselves on new models before going out with a customer.) As expected, I paid more than I'd hoped (probably didn't read the text on the web site carefully enough), but since it was expected... All in all not the terrible experience buying a new car can be. More

There was no pressure in purchasing any additional items such as extended warranty, We arrived at about 1:00 P.M. James offered for us to take the MKC for a test drive while we ate lunch. We left at 5:00 P.M. Transaction went very smooth. More

Over time, less and less impressed Came in with a low bar of expectations and left with a even lower bar. I cam in for service which was great. Cashier was great. Well, no car. It was still in shop still, one hour after the call said it was ready. Got in the car, the message error was still on the screen. Car goes back into the shop, 10 min later, fixed. OK, so they forgot the main reason I came in at least they got the other less important item. No wonder they don't have any Fords on the sales lot. Says a lot. More
