I have certified pre-owned truck out of state. Two weeks later the heat in the cab stopped working while visiting family during the winter holidays. I have always had a good experience with Tom Denchel in the past. That being said, Abel Valenzuela did inform me that it could take up to 4 to 6 weeks to get the vehicle fixed. Seven weeks later the vehicle was fixed and because the repair took so long the dealership waived the $100 deductible required by the warranty. More
