If they wanted me to pay a deposit on the vehicle I ordered, I could have done that over the phone - and I offered to pay a deposit when I placed my order and Erik said it wasn't needed. It was a complete waste of 3 1/2 hours of my time and my fuel! Made me never want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. More

When my PU is serviced at Tom Denchel many times it will take me a day or two to get an appointment. Erik made me feel like a priority in the midst of being extremely busy with other customers. The rest of the staff was very welcoming and easy to get along with, the even fed me dinner!
