Frustrating buying experience I went to Tom Denchel to replace my pickup. I communicated to the salesmen on multiple occasions that I was looking for a reliable pickup that I would I went to Tom Denchel to replace my pickup. I communicated to the salesmen on multiple occasions that I was looking for a reliable pickup that I wouldn't have to put much money in to as I don't put a lot of mileage on my vehicle. They directed me to 09 Dodge Ram. The vehicle test drove well and I trusted that the vehicle was in great condition, as this is what the salesman said..and the price I paid. I had not driven 500 miles before the check engine light came on. I took it in to the dealer mechanics and was told that I needed a new water pump, thermostat, and spark plugs- $1K. I called the sales department at Tom Denchel and asked if they could help with this repair given the circumstances. The salesman said he would check with his supervisor and I never heard from him again. So, $1000 and less than a few weeks later the check engine light is back on. I am beyond frustrated and feel taken advantage of. Also, when I checked my glove box they had left all of the previous owners personal documents in there. My experience leads me to believe that either they are incompetent or untrustworthy, but I would never recommend Tom Denchel Ford. I gave them a chance to make things right by helping with the repair and they didn't even reach out to me. More

We had just crossed the Columbia River when our "engine overheat" light came on. A quick look under the hood showed we had a coolant leak. Luckily we were at a highway exit. We were towed back to the RV park we had just left. Being a Sunday I could not call the local Ford dealer - Tom Denchel Ford Country. Monday am I called service and spoke to Ramon. He said that if I could get towed to the dealership they could get me in right away. A couple of hours later I was informed that it was a turbo coolant intake leaking. He promised that it would be repaired by end of day and we would be on our way. Good to his word the work was finished by 3pm.Excellent service!!! Thanks to Ramon and David. More
