Problem with truck We felt our experience at the dealership was fine. The salesman and staff did their best to come up with a deal that enabled us to buy a 2016 Ford tru We felt our experience at the dealership was fine. The salesman and staff did their best to come up with a deal that enabled us to buy a 2016 Ford truck at a price we could afford and to find a lender for us. The problem with the truck came later and absolutely ruined our vacation. More

Exceptional Buying Experience We came in looking urgently for a vehicle to replace our previous car that was in a shop with a major mechanical failure. We went to Ford with an i We came in looking urgently for a vehicle to replace our previous car that was in a shop with a major mechanical failure. We went to Ford with an idea of which vehicle we wanted. Craig was super friendly and he took us out and test drove it with us and got the ball rolling that first evening. The next afternoon we had both Craig and Ivan assisting us. Ivan’s experience and knowledge helped us immensely with financing and showing us our new vehicle. They were respectful of our budget and our payments are within the range we requested. Vivian is very personable and made the signing process smooth and quick. All in all the process took less than 6 cumulative hours over 2 days and we walked out with exactly what we wanted and with enough time to enjoy the rest of our trip. They even showed us how to work all the cool new features on our truck. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and should we ever need another vehicle, we will definitely go back to Tom Denchel Ford in Hermiston! More
