Painless! I bought and still own a 2009 Fusion that has traveled with me from coast-to-coast. My mom also bought a used 2014 Fusion a couple years ago. When we saw an inexpensive website listing for a certified pre-owned 2016 Fusion on the Tom Denchel website, we decided it was worth coming down to the dealership. Craig got us started with a test-drive less than a minute after we pulled up, Jay made us an ever better deal than the listed price, and Lolo beat my bank’s financing by over a point. As a customer that knew what he (and spouse) wanted and at what price, this was a really good experience for us. The Fusion seems to be in “like new” condition and the two (very minor) issues that we spotted were addressed honestly: one (a seat lever) was replaced before we drove away; the other (a Bluetooth error) is on the schedule to further diagnose for service. After a weak service experience several years ago, today restored my confidence in the Tom Denchel dealership. Thank you Jay, Lolo and Craig. More

Had excellent experience purchasing 2010 Lincoln Navigator!! I bought a 2010 Lincoln Navigator from Tom Denchel’s Ford Country Dealership in Hermiston in July 2018 at a very reasonable price. Although this vehi I bought a 2010 Lincoln Navigator from Tom Denchel’s Ford Country Dealership in Hermiston in July 2018 at a very reasonable price. Although this vehicle was used, and was purchased “As-Is,” the Salesman, Service Manager, and Dealership Manager made provisions to repair items that were important to safety. Any other item that needed repair (as any 8 year old vehicle may need) this excellent team made provisions to repair at a very reasonable price. Since this purchase I took this Navigator on a camping trip pulling a 20’ trailer, and was very pleased to see that it performed just as the Salesman and others had said!! Plenty of power, and the temperature gage did not budge from it’s normal operating temperature….even when pulling this heavy load up steep hills. It is gratifying to know that we have a vehicle dealership within a 50 mile radius of Tri-Cities Washington that is so eager to please, stands by the vehicles they sell, and are responsive to resolving any vehicle issue. If asked that I would refer anyone to Tom Denchel Fort in Hermiston, OR or Prosser, WA…my response would not only be YES…, but that they would be making a big mistake not to at lest check out their vehicles prior to a purchase!!! As for service…I would not take my Navigator anywhere else to be serviced or repaired. More
