Excellent communication and follow up on the sales process start to finish. Vehicle preparation was very good and a full tank of gas provided. I drove from out of town to make the purchase and would say it was well worth the trip! I've always enjoyed dealing with smaller town dealerships more so than big city dealerships. More

Alex and the young woman handling the paperwork we're terrific. I'm very disappointed in everyone and everything else. 4.5 hours there for paperwork, the pickup wasn't charged although they knew I was terrific. I'm very disappointed in everyone and everything else. 4.5 hours there for paperwork, the pickup wasn't charged although they knew I was coming from an hour away and never did they ask or set up my Ford pass app. A lot of guys standing around doing nothing! No help no knowledge from James the sales manager either. Advice. Head to another dealership More
