To Our Rescue We were heading back to Canada, leaving Hermiston, Or. on Sunday March 25 towing our 37' 5th wheel. We had just crossed the Columbia River when our "engine overheat" light came on. A quick look under the hood showed we had a coolant leak. Luckily we were at a highway exit. We were towed back to the RV park we had just left. Being a Sunday I could not call the local Ford dealer - Tom Denchel Ford Country. Monday am I called service and spoke to Ramon. He said that if I could get towed to the dealership they could get me in right away. A couple of hours later I was informed that it was a turbo coolant intake leaking. He promised that it would be repaired by end of day and we would be on our way. Good to his word the work was finished by 3pm.Excellent service!!! Thanks to Ramon and David. More

Ivan changed my mind about buying through a dealer I typically purchase pre-owned vehicles from private sellers as I've never had a good experience with a dealership. When I found the truck I was looking for on Auto Trader, I was a little hesitant to inquire since it was at a dealership 250 miles away from Seattle. I ended up calling on the truck and was put in contact with Ivan. Ivan provided me the information I asked for and was never pushy. I drove the 250 miles to Hermiston, OR and purchased the truck without hesitation. Since I didn't have a way to get the truck back to Seattle, Ivan offered to drive out to Seattle with his Fiancée to deliver me my truck. Talk about service! From our initial conversation through the delivery of the truck, Ivan provided incredible service and communication.
