Truly friendly staff. Great chat support Like most people, I shopped online for my recent car needs. The pricing here was better than anywhere else so I tried the chat option. Turned out to b Like most people, I shopped online for my recent car needs. The pricing here was better than anywhere else so I tried the chat option. Turned out to be a dedicated person for chats (Chelsie)who was very easy to work with. I set-up the deal and credit approval all online and traveled the hour plus to get there. Once we arrived we test drove the truck and it turned out we didn't like it. The price was great, but it just wasn't the right fit for my wife and I. Instead of giving up Alan worked with us to find out what would work for us and after a couple other test drives, we found what really worked for us. There was an excellent selection of models and the pricing was great. We worked through our trade quickly and we were off the lot with the rig that we really enjoy. It's been several weeks and still could not be more pleased. Instead of having the usual experience where you feel like you've gone 10 rounds with the champ, we felt great. We have the car we really wanted and felt like we had made friends when we left. How great is that? More
