After getting the run-around from multiple dealerships, large and small, I ended up contacting Hermiston Dodge and spoke with Sean Blakeman and Chelsie Chavez. After our first discussion, I quickly realized that my experience was going to be a positive one. We ended up making a deal almost entirely over the phone. My truck was brought to my house for the test drive with all of the paperwork drafted and ready for signatures, in the case that I decided to make the purchase. The truck ended up being better than I expected and the lack of pressure and stress over the deal was almost indescribable. I had no idea that buying a vehicle could be so simple. I will seek them out first the next time I am looking for a vehicle. More

Small town feel! We are very happy with our service experience. They were able to get us in last minute with very little notice.
