very bad experience, in all areas of your service. First of all, I have a problem, explained it in details and asked to fix it. I Was charged for the fix, but the issue still remain. What indicates poor quality of professionalize the mechanics have in your dealership. I had a trip to eastern Washington for camping, it was 4 hours drive and very hot weekends, the air conditioner was not working. Secondly, Paul (dealership customer service person) told me over the phone that my car salvaged and no warranty. I was surprised to learn that as I am the only one owner and had no issues/incident with the car. Lastly, the car was fixed at 2pm and I got phone call about it and I asked to pick me up right away. I was picked up about 5pm, I had to wait outside for another 20 minutes for shuttle what messed up with pick up location. More

My service needed coordination with an outside business for painting. Kai Hunt of the service department personally tracked and expedited the process resulting in my new part being available for installat for painting. Came in to replace my pregnant wife's stolen car. Jason was my salesman and he was eager to get us in to check out the car and was nice enough while I was there. The car seemed like a good deal, so I made was my salesman and he was eager to get us in to check out the car and was nice enough while I was there. The car seemed like a good deal, so I made the purchase. Drove the car home and parked it for the night. The next day the check engine light came on. I called Jason to see if we could have the car checked out, I wasn't looking to get any money back or return the car as it was still driving fine, I was just hoping to get it checked out and if it was a simple fix maybe having them take care of it for us. Jason said he would talk with his boss and call me back. Never heard from him again. Called the next day and same story. Called the next day and asked for the manager, left him a voicemail and never heard from him. I'm almost certain that the code was present when they serviced the car and probably just cleared the code...planned to come back when it was time to upgrade my car, but that won't be happening anymore....only positive thing is that the guy from financing was nice and not pushy about selling extras. More
