However it took a very professional and sincere sales manager, namely Steve Bentz to get it done. We first went in when we got a call saying that they had a motorhome that met our criteria. We went in and met with the General Manager Dean and he came in with a low ball offer on our existing coach that was insulting, seeings that we had bought the coach 1 year before from Pierce, he flat out lied to us about blue book value, which he said was almost 1/2 the value that we eventually received. When we received this offer both my Wife and myself walked out swearing we would never do business with Pierce RV ever again. Two days later we received a call from Steve Bent asking us to come in and talk about the coach. We reluctantly went in and found Steve to be an honest and overall decent person, he offered us a reasonable deal with a fair price on our trade in. Also we bought the new motorhome, as is, with the stipulation that the things we found wrong with it would be taken care of by Pierce. Steve made sure this was handled, as we did have several issues with the new coach. It took a little time but Steve was always there for us and made sure it was handled. If and when we we decide to upgrade, we would not hesitate to deal with Steve Bent again, at Pierce or wherever he is working. WE WILL NOT DEAL WITH DEAN EVER AGAIN. In regards to the service department we dealt with Derrick who was a heads up guy, however he got transferred out to another department, and now the service department has issues with communication. I don't know if I will use their service department again as communication skills have gone down hill. Rating is based on Steve Bentz and Derrick More
RV repair estimate Aug. 1st, stopped in with 5th wheel, for an estimate for repairs, he took lots of pictures, took down insurance info and said he would be in touch in Aug. 1st, stopped in with 5th wheel, for an estimate for repairs, he took lots of pictures, took down insurance info and said he would be in touch in about two weeks...did not hear anything for a whole month, called and left many messages...even talked with the manager, and after that it was about three weeks later... Our insurance contacted us and finally got the estimate, so we called Pierce again with the hopes to order parts for our RV. Many messages again... Still no return calls....almost 3 months later and still trying to get a hold of these jerks.... Would not recommend these people to even my worst enemy. More

They called and tol Wish I would've read all the terrible reviews before going there. We went in for a "quote" for our camper to get the lights fixed. They called and told us the fix would be $200. We declined them fixing it, so we went to pick up our truck and trailer after work. They told me I had almost a $300 bill. That was the charge for a quote/diagnosis. Not one out of the 3 different people we spoke with let us know it was $120/hr. for a diagnosis. They said it was in the paperwork we signed, which it wasn't. And when I asked them to point it out, they couldn't. Because it wasn't there. The most dishonest, disrespectful business I've ever gone to. I'm in the insurance industry and we deal with quotes all day long. With no charge. Whether it's damage to a car, the body shop gives you a free quote. Our insurance quotes, free. If we are going to charge someone, we let them know before proceeding. They argued with me for about an hour. They knew they were wrong and being dishonest for not letting us know it would be HUNDREDS of dollars for a quote. I left without paying, with my camper. They knew deep down, it was wrong. Will NEVER do business with them ever again. Worst experience I've ever dealt with in the professional world. Not professional at all. The staff and service manager were a joke. More

We weren't shown the sofa in the walk through and other important information was left out, such as how to winterize properly. The shower doors were also put on backwards, as well as the bedroom closet doors. After a long and protracted process, the sofa was replaced but was exactly the same length and Brian in the service department seemed perplexed as to why this was an issue with us! DUH! Wes Rolfe, the new manager, agreed to buy us one of two adult size cots, as we had a reasonable expectation we would get an adult size sleeper sofa. We have yet to hear from Wes or receive reimbursement for the cot, after two phone calls to him, as well as a phone call to the owner in Billings. It appears they want to just bury the issue and hope we will go away and shut up. More

The "fixed" slide- I lost $6000 on a travel trailer I dumped because of a slide-out issue. Pierce blamed Cruiser and the middle man, and vice versa. The "fixed" slide-out wasn't fixed. The service department never called me. I always had to be the one to call them. Dean Benjamin, manager, is rude, arrogant, condescending, and a bully! I would NEVER recommend Pierce RV to anyone, and I will NEVER step foot on that property! More

Amazing customer service My husband and I were looking for an rv. Worked with grant and he was soooo informative and supportive. No pressure just guidance. Sales manager Steve My husband and I were looking for an rv. Worked with grant and he was soooo informative and supportive. No pressure just guidance. Sales manager Steve was caring and gentle with us. We did not buy a camper from them cause it was not the right time. Most dealers would then give up on you and not waste their time further with you. These gentlemen did the opposite. We are so blessed to have found honest people. Thank you Steve and grant. More

This gentleman, Dean Benjamin, was one of the most condescending and argumentative businessmen I have ever worked with. This man and his poor attitude are the reason for my complaint. Working in the lending community, I frequently have the pleasure of working with both car and RV sales and finance individuals. That being said, I have never been treated with such contempt, either as a professional nor as a customer as when working with Dean at Pierce RV. Looking to purchase a $50,000 ticketed item, we assumed such a beautiful dealership would value our transaction and especially our business. This was not the case. Expecting a reasonable/fair-for-both parties trade-in value, was expecting too much a Pierce RV. We instead received condescending comments and offensive offers about our barely used 2011 5th Wheel. Understanding business and the drive for profit, I get that margins must be made in order to make a deal worth-while for the dealership - however, a certain level of respect should be held towards the customer (any customer). Instead of treating us with any kind of respect, Dean lectured us on the worthlessness of our trade-in, offered us well below Low-book for our truck (we didn't even want to sell), and basically made me feel like an elementary student in the principal’s office. I do not believe Mr. Benjamin should hold such a position of power when he evidentially has no appreciation for potentially life-long customers. Men like Dean give all cars salesman and RV dealers a bad name. Reflecting on the situation I am frustrated and very displeased with the outcome of the meeting. The point of my complaint is not to bring down Mr. Benjamin or Pierce RV; the point is to shed light on the value of service. As an unhappy consumer, I am sad because I realize had the situation been handled with something as common as courtesy and respect, I would be happily in a new 5th wheel and Pierce RV would have been paid in full.
