It is a very bad experience I bought a car from them, it is a Toyota RAV4. They took it from me and took $500 from me to fix the car and they have not done anything yet for a month and also the windows do n is a Toyota RAV4. They took it from me and took $500 from me to fix the car and they have not done anything yet for a month and also the windows do not work well and are completely stuck. They are greedy. I am trying to sell it at any price. When I tried to talk to a lady named Lily, she hung up. She scammed me. I do not advise anyone to trust their cars. Also, the driver's side seat belt doesn't work and they told me they would fix it, but unfortunately they didn't do anything. More
PLEASE IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS GO THERE! !! THIS IS THE PLACE NIGHTMARES ARE MADE ON USED VEHICLES!!! It’s been two months since my purchase and this experience has just gotten worse since !! THIS IS THE PLACE NIGHTMARES ARE MADE ON USED VEHICLES!!! It’s been two months since my purchase and this experience has just gotten worse since day one. The truck they sold me has valve issues and uses oil like crazy, every shop I’ve talked too locally tell me there’s no way they didn’t know before they sold it. I’ve talked with Max several times as he offered to try to have it fixed there, as a was will to take the truck from Tennessee to their shop as it’s way cheaper than me fixing it, but all that’s happened were one lie after another. First it was let me talk to the service manager after waiting weeks for Max to talk to him and the service manager to clear a repair Max needed to talk to the owner. Well Max couldn’t find the owner and apparently the owner has never been found because it’s been weeks since I was promised a call back which I’ve been promised that several times and it’s been a lie every time. If this wasn’t bad enough I never received anything for a registration so not only can I not drive my pile of xxxx truck I can’t register the pile of xxxx to get rid of the xxxx thing. Oh and Max has been trying to get hold of finance for about a week to see where the registration went. So I’ll probably never get this sorted without an attorney or something. Make sure you get the warranty the vehicle I purchased has valve seal problems. It’s smoked on start up from the very next day I got it back. Makes sense of why it was always being started before I could drive it. I needed a work truck not a lemon to get further in debt just trying to work. More
This place has sold me a 2007 Hummer H3. I was happy for about 2 hours after the sale. I live in Cincinnati and drove it home with no problems for that hour until I pulled into my driveway. I was happy for about 2 hours after the sale. I live in Cincinnati and drove it home with no problems for that hour until I pulled into my driveway. The vehicle made rough noises and knocking from upfront. Picasso's service department had topped off all fluid levels and forgot to reinstall the drain in the front differential. It was still lying on the skidplate. The grease/oil is all gone and locked up. The cost to get back on the road is $2,100.00. They have not paid for their mistake. Now if you had an oil change and they did not put your drain plug back in who do you think should pay? Stay away from these people. More
Buyer beware! !!! I purchased a 2013 Infinity QX56 truck on June 25th. Initially I was pleased and gave a 5 star review before I even left the lot per request of Li !!! I purchased a 2013 Infinity QX56 truck on June 25th. Initially I was pleased and gave a 5 star review before I even left the lot per request of Lilly. They were nice and pleasant and got me approved so I figured why not. However my thoughts on that quickly came into question because the truck would not start up and had to be jumped for over 30 minutes before it would start. This was immediately after i signed all the paperwork. Get it started and head home. On the way I notice a check engine light came on and it was sputtering. This was a Saturday and they don't service vehicles on the weekend. So i take it to auto zone to be put on the dx machine. Code comes back that it could be the catalytic converter. I call and take it back to Picasso that Sunday night. Go pick it up Wednesday morning they declared it was fixed and it was an O2 censor not CC. Drive off and it's still sputtering, call them to let them know they say bring it back take it back that Sunday. This time they keep it for a week. Finally they declare its fixed again... they say it is the O2 censor again, that it was bad andv they put another 1 on and " cleaned" a few other parts. Truck is STILL SPUTTERING! Wev suggest that the issue is maybe engine related, spark plugs, coils.... and the like, however this was never addressed. I requested that they put in writing all the things they have done to work on the vehicle so i can keep track for my records. They refuse to do so and tell me that they do not writeb anything down or give guarantees on their work because the vehicle was purchased as is. However they declare that they will fix it. ATP I'm skeptical and tell them I'll get a 2nd opinion. Fast forward about 1 month, over 2k and 3 car payments, a replaced dribers side ball joint, oil change, all new filters, spark plugs, ignition coils, crank shaft position censor another oil change, $675 dx from Infinity that took them almost a week to figure out all the things that were wrong It's finally running. (I pray it starts this morning). They said they were seeing more vehicles come thru there from Picasso that were faulty as if they are just selling people sub par vehicles. The 1st mechanic I had look at it said he was amazed by all the loose wires, random screws missing and the fact that it looked like someone was just in there tinkering who didn't know what they were doing. Oh and to top it off I still can't get my plates because that haven't gotten their paperwork in. They were due July 18th. It's August 23rd. I've driven the vehicle a total of maybe 3 weeks since purchase. It's been faulty since day 1! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PICASSO. THEY SELL YOU CARS THAT LOOK NICE ON THE OUTSIDE BUT THEY ARE FALLING APART ON THE INSIDE. Oh and lastly the truck had the engine replaced with a used engine in 2020 that they didn't inform me of either. Don't buy from them! More
I attempted to contact dealer both via email and phone. Email was not returned, called and employee acted as if they were too busy to take my call. Said they would call me back and did not.
