Not a terrible experience, but given that there are competing dealerships in the area, I would not likely shop here again. After 2 days, I had to call and have the car taken back in for failed systems. They had it over a week, and kept it beyond the day promised. When I got it back, the repairs were acceptable, but now the car has rattles and buzzes it didn't use to, and a small tear in the driver's seat. No response when I reached out to try to resolve. I wish I had better things to say... More

This was maybe the best customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. I was contacted by VW of Ardmore regarding a purchase I was looking for. Already following their website in July, I knew that their inventory was out of my price range, and I let the dealer know about that. The dealer could, very quickly, find another car of interest to me that was not published on their website, and the price was excellent that I did not need to haggle at all. However, I needed certain accommodations before purchase due to my extensive traveling schedule. VW of Ardmore accepted to hold the car for almost a month until I arrive, with no deposit or any financial commitment from me. Having worked with dealers which did not hold a car even if I had gotten them mailed a check from my credit union, what VW of Ardmore did was just amazing. VW of Ardmore also let me know about all the requirements regarding registering a car in PA as I needed to take some additional steps. When I arrived on the day of purchase, the car was ready and sparkling clean. The total time I’ve spent at the dealer was less than thirty minutes. With all the paperwork already prepared for me, and no pressure to buy additional products at all, we’ve just signed the papers and drove off. While I do hope to keep the car I’ve purchased for a long time, I also will definitely want to work with VW of Ardmore if I ever need another vehicle. More

The first time, he needed his tire pressure fixed after having service here. The second time, they messed up his alignment and the car began pulling to the left. On the phone, we were assured that they would fix the misalignment and the service worker on the phone shared that it was caused by the tire rotation. However, when we brought it in, we were told that there was no way to know for sure that they made the error and that we would have to pay full price to have it fixed. We have been loyal customers but will now be taking his car elsewhere. More
