I purchased a used car with Gary Long as my salesman. Had the car about 10 months and put 8k miles on it. I was told since I had the car for such a long period of time (10 months) that there was nothing that they could do to help me out, even a little. Gary Long is a fraud and I would avoid having to deal with him. Gary only cares about the initial sell and wants nothing to do with a lasting working relationship with a customer. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly and normal to deal with, but my experiences with Gary Long were enough to keep me away from Welsh Suburu for good. More

Finally, my salesman needed to find the model and color I requested elsewhere. I accepted the Welsh offer late on a Friday afternoon, and my car was acquired and ready for me by Tuesday afternoon.
