Kaitlyn was the best to work with. I explained to her and three other dealers that I needed to buy a car that day and the best offer and dealer that could make it happen would win my business. Kaitlyn made it happen dispite Covid19 and all the hoops you need to jump through. From 9:30 am when I first spoke to her until 2:30 pm when she said we are all good come get your car she was working to make sure I was satisfied and I was gonna drive away with a car that day. Salesman at other dealers didn't take me serious and missed out. Some are still calling a week later to see if I'm interested. If you want some that is gonna listen to your needs and make sure you are taken care of, I highly recommend Kaitlyn as your sales person. PS. I am usually a critical person and very rarely give the highest rating as I feel no one is perfect and there is always room for some improvement. This is not the case this time, I cannot see how Kaitlyn could have been more perfect in this transaction. More

I’ve been taking my car here for years and not once have I had a problem with them. Receptionists are always friendly. Service has always been great. Was given a price for a service over the phone. When I arrived I verified the price of the service with the lady at the service desk. Then was charged more in the end and the only explanation Steve could arrived I verified the price of the service with the lady at the service desk. Then was charged more in the end and the only explanation Steve could give me was that the two people I talked to before him were "just wrong". Total disconnect between the people that work there. No one wanted to own up to giving the wrong information. I was forced to pay for the service but decline repairs because I was told the part my car needed was "in stock not sure if they will fit". Thats a direct cut and paste from the text I got. I'm not sure how you guys wouldn't know if something will fit when I brought my Mazda to the Mazda dealer that has the Mazda mechanics and the Mazda parts. If Steve had been confident that the part would fit or could have assured me I wouldn't be charged even more if it didn't then I would have gotten the repair done. So in the end I wasted 2 hours of my day, and paid $160 to be told my car was still broken. In fact you took freon out of my car, so I actually lost something instead of gained. To just be told I need to come back in later and pay an additional $400. I was told if I brought my car in for the freon recharge and it didn't work I wouldn't be charged the full $160 and that was clearly misinformation. Steve acted like I was a complete idiot for believing whatever girl it was that scheduled my appointment. I left very upset at my interaction with Steve and called back later to apologize that we had such a poor interaction and ask him one more time to explain the situation to me. He made it very clear I was wasting his time and I fully regretted that second intetaction, too. I called a different piazza and asked them if the situation I had with you guys made any sense. They confirmed I got completey screwed over. I've bought a car, traded in, and gotten service done here a few times. I've regretted it every time and really need to force myself to never come back. Its a shame because you guys are the closest, but I think I'll just have to start driving to West Chester. More
