He was both knowledgeable about the product but not pushy. We went for a test drive and I was sold on the Santa Fe. The next week I did visit the other 2 dealerships but it was Reggie and the Staff at Carousel that made me want to come back. When I finally brought my wife back it was late in the day but everyone was great to us. Even after the Dealership closed Reggie was showing us how everything worked. Went to Carousel with the intention of buying a new Elantra. I did not buy the car from them eventually, but I wanted to report that as far as we have gotten, the customer service was very professional Elantra. I want to recommend Michael Wilkinson to anybody who wants to buy a car. Michael is knowledgeable, very friendly, and thorough. He goes out of his way to help the customer. He followed up with me yet did not become annoying in the process. Hope he will be there next time to work with him. The only reason they lost my business is that they were not able to work with me on the financing application. This however, should not reflect badly on them either. I am a special (nut) case: I never had a loan before/my credit score is zero. Carousel decided not to push for my application and another dealer did. With the end of summer 2013 sales rebates that give a considerable break when financing with the manufacturer, this was an insurmountable advantage on the part of the competitors. I assume if Carousel made the executive decision to work with odd loan requests, I would have worked with them further and perhaps would have bough the car from them. More
