Surprised myself by buying a Hyundai was in my plan I really only talked to one person the whole tim. Ken the sales person. Don't feel as though I can rate the dealership. Carousel Hyundai They Care! I can't begin to tell you how hopeless I felt when the serviceman told me that my power tran was going to cost me over $4,000. While I stood there shattered by the bad news, I was facing a big decision and on the recommendations by Mike; Carousel's Key man in the parts department, mentioned for that price to fix it we could put you into something really nice and that is all that it took. lol... I told him my intentions and left for the sales room to pick out my new car. I've had a Hyundai Santa Fe for close to 11 years and just loved the power it had and truth be told I didn't want to trade it in but after seeing the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, I said farewell to my ever faithful old car. and in with the new! Actually I was 2 days away from the New Year and talk about timing, it couldn't have been better. Thanks to all the staff I had a very smooth purchase. Great car buying experience, not great service dept. I had a great car buying experience with Ron at Carousel. He was very helpful, didn't pressure me, and got me into the car I wanted at the price I wa I had a great car buying experience with Ron at Carousel. He was very helpful, didn't pressure me, and got me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. The follow up with the service department was less than stellar. I had the car returned for a Zxylon treatment and tow hitch installation, neither which were completed in a professional or timely manner. Luckily Ron and the sales manager intervened and made the situation right, but I'm still going to have to bring the car back in for another visit, and I live over an hour away. So based purely on sales, I think Carousel is a great dealership, but they have a lot they need to get sorted out on the service end. More
