He went out of his way to help me and I cannot thank him enough! I have been dealing with a shifting problem in my 2007 Tiburon (Which I bought new) for 2 years now. I was working with Savage because that's where I bought the car and it was close to home. They couldn't fix it and gave up on me, telling me there is nothing else they can do and the car is suppose to drive the way it does. I made one phone call to Piazza and Rick said that he would be glad to take a look at. Rick went above in beyond with my car and I had a phone call the next day saying they found the problem and he will get it taken care of! Something I have wanted to hear for the last two years!!!! I cannot tell you how pleased I am with him and his team! They are top quality and really know how to treat their customers and make them feel like family! I cannot put in words how relieved I am that this two year long mess is FINALLY over and that I now have a have a wonderful team of people I can take my car to in the future!
