I had a great experience with Jim from start to finish. He was not pushy, he answered my questions and most importantly allowed it to be an exciting experience for me. Frank Squillace was awesome and so patient until I found the car I loved. I hadn't planned on buying a car (and loved my car that was totaled) so the decision was long and painful.
