Piazza Honda of Springfield

This was my first experience with Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill. I went to this dealership because it is close to my home and I was considering buying a new Honda CR-V. Jim Helmig was my Sales Associate and was friendly, informed, and honest. He worked with me to choose between a 2013 and 2014 model. He and the staff at Piazza worked with me to arrive at the right price for me for my trade-in as well as the new 2014 CR-V I purchased. I was given a tour of the Service Department and was introduced to staff in the Service Department. I was made to feel very comfortable and not rushed. I would recommend this dealership for their helpful and knowledgable staff, courteous behavior towards clients and their honesty. They have a good product and know how to promote it. More

I am 6 months pregnant and wanted to get a new car before my daughter is born. I was refered to Frank by a friend and right away Frank got me in to the dealership and went over my options with me. Within 4 days I had a brand new accord that I absolutely love. Frank is easy to get ahold of if you have a question and makes the car purchase very easy and FAST! As a working mother who is always on the run, i dont have time to waste and Frank had me in and out with my new car. I feel I got a great deal on my new car but even better was the fact that Frank provided great customer service. Frank even helped assist me with the bluetooth feature in my car which no other dealership has done for me. Definitely would recommend this dealership and Frank.
