I also was having my dad come with me as a co-signer and he can be very intimidating. Frank was more than accommodating to both my hopes and wishes for a car and my dads expectations. I never once felt like he was anything but upfront, honest, friendly and respectful which was very reassuring since I was making such a large investment.
