He gave me his personal cellular number to reach him off hours. In addition, the dealership gave me a really good deal for my trade-in and acquired a decent interest rate given my credit history. They also threw in a gas coupon and an extra oil change. The only issues I had was with the detailing of the car and the finance dept. It was detailed twice and I think a better job could have been done on the interior. Also, I had called the finance department the following business day and left two messages for two different people in that department and never received a return call. More
