Buying an auto is not my favorite thing to do, but Frank made that experience the best one so far I dealt with Frank Squillace on my new car purchase. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to ensure I got what I wanted. So far, the car is excellent although I'm still getting to know all the electronics of it. disappointing. I was in for b and 1,2 service for my accord. The tires were rotated and everything seemed fine until the TPMS light came on. I checked the pressure o I was in for b and 1,2 service for my accord. The tires were rotated and everything seemed fine until the TPMS light came on. I checked the pressure on all four tires and all of them were low. That leads me to believe that they were never checked by you guys. I pay a premium to use the dealership, but I also expect that issues like these are taken care of. Disappointing. More
