Typical Old School Techniques. I was interested in lease information for a Honda Accord. I am very knowledgeable in the leasing process. When I asked for ALL of the leasing numbers I was interested in lease information for a Honda Accord. I am very knowledgeable in the leasing process. When I asked for ALL of the leasing numbers and information I was told they would not provide that for me. How can I make a proper buying decision when I can't get the correct and honest information. I can't. Is Piazza Honda of Springfield trying to deceive me? Probably not, just prophet from me. That's ok, but sometimes when push comes to shove you have to give it up to sell a car. American Honda has some lease specials going on at the moment, why not at least quote that. The answer, greed. I will not recommend Piazza Honda of Springfield. Their tactics are Old School and Unappealing. I in fact I will tell of my negative experience as often as possible, and definitely not recommend Piazza Honda of Springfield...We can guess what the Managers are saying, we don't need or want to do business with a xxxxxx like that. The truth is, if you don't want to participate in today's business world and practices you shouldn't be in business. More

The Unexpected !!!!!!! My low pressure tire light was on, so I stopped at the dealership to check it out...My new vehicle only has 1, 500 miles on it....so I just thought th My low pressure tire light was on, so I stopped at the dealership to check it out...My new vehicle only has 1, 500 miles on it....so I just thought they would put air in all four tires...To my surprise, they went beyond that and checked out all the tires and to my surprise , I had a big Nail in the tire.....WOW !!! Never expected that......I am so glad that I didn't put air in the tires myself, cause I wouldn't have looked for anything else...They deal with the unexpected everyday...What experience!!!!! That made my day!!! I learned a lesson even at 63 yrs old....NEVER ASSUME, LOL The Service writer John Fitzgerald stated they get at least 4 customers a day with nails in their tires....Something I never assumed...Bob Walsh, Ridley Park, Pa..
