Bill made our shopping experience a pleasant one. We ended up, finding the car that fit our wish list. We came out of the show room, happy customers, due to his attention to detail, answering our questions and getting us a fair price for the car we were interested in and our trade in. Also, our deals, with the finance person Alex Ramos, was also a pleasant experience, he too did not rush us, he addressed our finance questions and protection packages that were available, if we chose to buy one.
