Best Car Buying Experience to Date Staff was friendly and courteous, did not try to sell me anything I did not want (except for warranties when I was signing the papers at the end). One minor complaint is the 3 hours it seems to take to buy a car at every dealership, I can’t imagine it really needs to take that long. Love the 2018 HRV, if you are buying one, spring for the EX, the upgrades from the LX are well worth it! More

My only specific advice to future customers is to request no deodorizer/fresh scent products be applied during final prep. At the moment, out CR-V smells like cherry cough drops. But that will pass.
