On the other hand, the finance person Alex was not happy with our decision regarding the ex The sales person Jim was nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. On the other hand, the finance person Alex was not happy with our decision regarding the extended warranty and insulted my wife and I saying "I know it's not because you can't afford it, you probably throw that kind of money out in a gum wrapper everyday." Did not help his case. Also, the process took way to long. I had already picked out the car earlier in the day, but when we came back to do the paperwork at a prescheduled, it still look over 3 hours. More
