Airbag recall Made appointment via phone & was told would need to leave car as could take up to half a day. My appointment was not on the list when I got there bu Made appointment via phone & was told would need to leave car as could take up to half a day. My appointment was not on the list when I got there but Bill took care of everything. I was unable to get a ride, so needed to wait. Bill said it would take only 1 to 2 hours. I told him when I had my car there in August for a simple & routine inspection & oil change, it took over 3 hours & it didn't seem to matter what time my appointment was. Anyway, Bill said he would take care of things this time & he did. My car had the airbag replaced & was finished in less than 1 hour. Let's hope I can get this good of service when I come back for my next inspection. More
