Not timely Two issues stemmed from this issue. First I was walked through services needed and agreed and then was not given pricing until after. I could have min Two issues stemmed from this issue. First I was walked through services needed and agreed and then was not given pricing until after. I could have minimized the cost by replacing my own filters. Second, I dropped my vehicle off at 10 AM and was told it would be completed by mid afternoon. I called at 2 PM wondering when it would be done, and was told it was getting dispatched as we spoke (this is now 3PM). My vehicle was not done until after 4PM. I believe mine was later than expected because I did not sit and wait. If I am dropping a vehicle off at 10AM I am under the impression it would be done within a few hours not 4 PM REGARDLESS if I am sitting in the waiting area or not. It should be first come first serve and align with appointment times. More

Weak communication Collision repair, was referred by piazza Hyundai of West Chester. This place Failed to respond to several emails and calls/ messages left over cour Collision repair, was referred by piazza Hyundai of West Chester. This place Failed to respond to several emails and calls/ messages left over course of three weeks. Then a Long delay getting to work on car to provide estimate. Still waiting on my car as of this review, but yesterday my insurance called to say they had approved the change in twilight (pizza had not realized it was an LED) They do seem to be working better directly with my insurance company than talking to me. Discourteous treatment. I arrived at 7:23 am to drop off my vehicle for inspection, Oil change and recall. when I tried to open door the two men inside motioned to a side do I arrived at 7:23 am to drop off my vehicle for inspection, Oil change and recall. when I tried to open door the two men inside motioned to a side door and one mouthed 7:30. Since I was 7 minutes early for opening, they couldn’t let me in instead they made me go around to the side of the building and fill out the night drop form myself. I wasn’t even sure where the drop box was and one of the two men did get up and open the door slightly but only to tell me where drop box was. A very nice gentleman saw me (when I was done completing form) and took it inside for me. More
